Deadline
We highly recommend to apply as early as possible. Tests are often fully booked 6-8 weeks in advance. We update our information regularly, however, a date on our website does not necessarily indicate that there are still places available. We do not operate with waiting lists.
If the date of your first choice is not available and you receive a confirmation for your date of second choice, we will automatically contact you if your first choice becomes available.
Applications are handled in order of receipt of bank transfer and application forms.
They will be processed only when a complete and signed application is received. Telephone or e-mail enquiries do not result in a reserved place for the test and the status of availability may change daily.
After registration, you will receive a written confirmation by post, stating which date you are registered for and where the test will take place. We normally process complete applications within seven working days, in order of receipt.
Cancellation, date change or absence
The full test fee will be charged if you cancel or postpone the test within five weeks of the test date, unless you provide appropriate medical evidence (the original doctor's statement with reason for absence), within five days of the test date, to support the cancellation or transfer.
If you cancel before the application deadline you will be entitled to a refund, less an administration fee of DKK 200. Refunds are only done to Danish bank accounts.
You can postpone your test once to a later date that is still available, free of charge, if you do it latest 5 weeks before the test date.
You can not get a refund for practice materials already sent to you.
