To register for IELTS, simply follow these steps:
3. Register online via the Online Registration System
Follow the instructions and fill in the IELTS online registration
At the end, you will see an Application Summary - check your application details and when ready, submit your application by clicking on the "Apply Now" button.
Print and sign the application summary.
You will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions about how to pay and what to send.
The price is DKK 1.550,- and from a non-Danish bank account you must pay DKK 1.590. Please make sure we receive payment and documents as described in the e-mail no later than 5 days after your registration.
When we have received and checked these you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This normally does not take more than five working days.
Address details and further test day information and instructions will be sent to you by e-mail 1-2 weeks before your test date.
Please note that the test address is never our postal address, and it may be different from test to test.
Please note that, as part of our ongoing commitment to test security, all IELTS candidates will have their photograph taken by IELTS staff before the test. This photo will appear on the candidates’ Test Report Form (TRF).
Special Needs Provisions:
The IELTS test has been designed to be a fair test. Your English language ability will be assessed objectively, regardless of any disability that you may have. We make every effort to cater for the special needs of disabled candidates.
You will need to provide an original medical statement or certificate from a specialist, no older than 2 years, when you book your test. Whatever special provisions you need, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your special needs as soon as possible. It can take up to 3 months for us to put special arrangements in place. It may not be possible to offer special arrangements at every test date.
Deadline: Normally the registration deadline will be 5 weeks in advance of the test date, however if places are still availabie, they will be visible on the Online Registration System.
Cancellation, date change or absence
EDU adheres to the global cancellation and postponement policy as required by the test partners, the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge English Language Assessment.
Candidates who cancel or request a transfer more than 5 weeks before the test date will be charged an administration fee of DKK 250.
If you cancel or postpone your test within five weeks of the test date for any reason apart from medical ones, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. If you cancel your test or request a transfer within five weeks of the test date for medical reasons, you must provide supporting medical evidence within five working days of the test date. Only evidence of serious illness will be considered. Only original medical certificates will be accepted and must state inability to appear for the test on the scheduled test date.

When you sign the application summary, you are confirming that you have read and understood the IELTS test terms and conditions and the Information for Candidates booklet and agree to abide by them.
You can not get a refund for practice materials (book) that we have already sent.
Candidates who live far away with their Speaking test on the same day will be scheduled first, but should be available the whole afternoon of the test day in case of unexpected delays.
